After successfully completing the
With a master's degree in psychology at the University of Zurich, Sophie Alder-Hirzel worked between 2007 and 2012 as a senior management consultant in an international HR management consultancy. She managed mandates in the executive area for organizational analysis, recruiting, assessments and business coaching. From January 2013, Ms. Sophie Alder-Hirzel worked as a case-leading psychologist in the day clinic as well as in the burnout ward and in the outpatient setting at the Kilchberg sanatorium. In addition to individual therapies, she also conducted depression courses and group therapies on stress and emotion regulation and was responsible for their further development. At the same time, she completed her training in psychotherapy with a focus on cognitive, behavioral and interpersonal therapy at the Klaus-Grawe Institute in Zurich.
There are therapy places in the delegation model in cooperation with Dr. Schmidinger.
